Build your website
inside Workinno.
You open the site yourself from a theme made for your trade. Forms and orders from the site land in your workspace; whether it is up and whether it has a backup sit on the same screen.
Websites module features
From building the site to putting it live, from incoming records to backups — all inside Workinno.
A ready theme for your trade
Do not start your site from an empty page. You pick one of the themes prepared for trades like estate agency, restaurant, clinic or hotel; the site opens with that theme's pages and sections. On day one you sit down to enter content.
Walk through the demo first
Before choosing a theme you walk through its live demo. The card says which trade it was prepared for and whether it comes with a shop; you install the one you liked from there. How your site will look is settled before the install, not after.
Your own domain
The site first opens at a ready Workinno address, so you start working without waiting. When you connect your own domain the certificate comes with it. The security certificate is set up from inside the app.
Connect the site you already have
You do not have to open your site with us. You install the plugin on your WordPress site at your own host and paste in the key; forms, orders and status flow into your workspace just the same. Your current hosting stays exactly as it is.
One click into the panel
You cross into the WordPress admin panel from inside Workinno without typing a password. The site's hosting panel opens from the same box; if you choose to sign in with a password, the username and temporary password are there. The admin panel is two clicks away.
Forms from the site
A visitor who fills in a form on your site lands in your workspace. The submission does not stay on the site — it sits inside Workinno and you can build automation on top of it. The request lands straight in your workspace.
Turning on the shop
You can open the shop while the site is being built. Product pages, the basket and the checkout steps are already inside the theme. You do not rent a separate program for the shop.
Product transfer
Your published Workinno products go over to the site's shop. The site plugin checks at regular intervals, so you do not update a price in two places. You update the price only on the Workinno side.
A buyer becomes a customer
Whoever buys from your site is added to your customer list. You turn this behaviour on or off from the site plugin's settings. Everything after the sale runs on the same card.
Is the site up
The site is checked at regular intervals. When it stops answering, the notification comes to you — before your customer tells you. You see the fault before your customer does.
Security warning
When something serious happens on the site, you hear about it. The warning shows inside Workinno; you do not have to open another panel. You do not have to open a separate security panel.
Backups and going back
Your site's backups stay in a list. You take a fresh one by hand whenever you like, and when something goes wrong you return to the earlier state. Trying something always has a way back.
Exporting the site
You download a full copy of your site. If one day you want to move to another server, everything is already in your hands. You move the site to another server whenever you like.
Disk and traffic
You see how much room your site takes and how much traffic it has had this month. You see both against your plan's limit. How much is left before the limit reads off the gauge.
Ending the subscription
When you no longer need a site you cancel the subscription with one button. Nothing is deleted at that moment; the site's files stay on the server for another thirty days and the permanent delete happens at the end of that. A button pressed by mistake does not destroy your site the same day.
Separate permissions
Seeing sites, managing them and deleting them are separate permissions. Everyone on the team can see the site, but only the person you authorise can delete it. The right to delete belongs only to whoever you gave it to.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the site run — am I using WordPress?
Yes, the site runs on WordPress and the admin panel will feel familiar. We set up the server side; you pick your theme and put your content in.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The site first opens at a ready Workinno address, so you can start work right away. Once you add a record to your domain's DNS settings and connect it, the site goes live at your own address.
I already have a site and do not want to rebuild it.
You do not have to. You download the plugin from the panel, install it on your existing WordPress site and paste in the key you are given. Forms, orders and status start flowing from that site too.
How do I edit the site's content?
You edit in the WordPress panel; you get there from Workinno in one click without typing a password. The Workinno side builds the site, watches it and gathers what comes in from it.
Is the shop on the site the same as my Workinno products?
Your published Workinno products go over to the site's shop, so you update a price in one place. The site plugin does the transfer at regular intervals.
Do I get a notification for a form from the site?
The submission lands in your workspace; if you want a notification you set it up with an automation rule. That way you decide who hears about which form.
Is the site mine — can I move it?
The site is yours. You can download a full copy of the files and the database whenever you like and move it to another server.
Is this module in the free plan?
No. Opening a site uses real server resources, so it belongs to the paid plans; the free plan has no site allowance. How many sites you can open is set by your plan.
