Follow your income and expenses
in a single list.
You keep your records by account, category and customer. Who owes you what, how much money sits in which account and how the month closed are all in one place.
Bookkeeping module features
From entering a record to collecting it, from a reminder to a report: all of your day-to-day money work.
One list
Income and expenses sit in the same list: date, type, status, source, description, category, account, party and amount all appear on one row. You do not keep one file for income and another for expenses, so there is nothing to merge at the end of the month. You watch all of the money from one screen.
Statuses
Every record carries a status: collected, paid, receivable, payable and transferred. Receivables and payments past their due date are also marked overdue. When you collect a pending record you mark it from the row; the record moves to realised and lands in your account balance.
Due dates and overdue
You give a receivable a last collection day and an expense a last payment day. Records past their due date are filtered separately as overdue, so you do not have to scan the list to find who is late. A late collection does not slip past you.
Ready-made filters
Income, expenses, receivables, payables and overdue stand ready as chips on the search bar. The funnel button opens the detailed filters: date range, customer, staff member and project. You reach the slice you are after in two clicks.
Adding a transaction
A new record gathers account, amount, date, category, description, due date and reference number in the same window. You choose whether it is income, an expense or a transfer; if the category asks for a party, the customer or staff picker appears on its own. Opening a record ends in one window.
Attaching documents
You attach the invoice and the receipt inside the record, and the document sits beside the amount. Looking for proof of a payment no longer means rummaging through folders; you open the record instead. A document is kept together with the amount it belongs to.
Recurring records
On regular records such as rent, subscriptions and salaries you turn repetition on and set the weekly, monthly or yearly frequency and its end. Future records appear from the start, so you see the coming months' debts and receivables in the list today. The same record is not entered again every month.
Transfers between accounts
When you move money from the till to the bank you open a transfer record and pick the source and target account. If the accounts are in different currencies you also write the amount received; both balances stay right. Money moved shows correctly on both sides.
Till, bank and card
You define every place your money sits as an account: a till, a bank account, a card, a crypto wallet or an e-wallet. Each account has a name, a type, a currency and a colour, and its card carries the current balance. You see how much money you have where, on one screen.
A realistic balance
The balance is worked out only from records that have been collected and paid. Pending receivables and debts do not inflate it; they gather on their own card, so you do not mix the money you have with the money you expect. You make the payment decision on a real number.
Your own categories
You build the income and expense categories yourself: sales income, service income, rent, bills, staff salary. You give a category a name and, if needed, require a customer or an employee to be chosen; the breakdown in reports follows these categories. Reports come out in the language of your own work.
Who a record belongs to
A category carries a party type: a category that asks for a customer shows the customer picker, one that asks for staff shows the employee picker. The record attaches to that person's card, and a customer's payment history piles up on their own page. A customer's payment habits can be read from their own card.
Payment notice to a customer
From a pending receivable's row you send the payment details to the customer by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You see the text that will go out and change it if you want; the link to the payment page is added to the message, so you do not have to prepare one. No separate tool is needed for a reminder.
A transfer link
Send the customer a single link for what they owe. On the page they open they see the amount, the due date and your account details and upload their receipt there; you follow the sent, viewed, receipt arrived and paid steps. You know where a payment stands without asking.
Automatic reminders
On a receivable with a due date you turn automatic reminders on and pick the channel. A week before the due date, a day before, on the day and once it is late, the reminder goes out by email, SMS or WhatsApp; you do not chase it. Chasing due dates takes up nobody's day.
Payment accounts
Keep a record of where you pay each person from. A customer's or an employee's bank account, crypto wallet and e-wallet stay on file, so you do not hunt for account details while paying. Nobody looks up an account number on payment day.
The monthly financial summary
The report card shows the month's income, expenses and net; if the net is positive a profit badge appears, if negative a loss badge. Your pending receivables and debts sit under the same card. How the month went is clear from one card.
Category and account breakdown
You see which line income and expenses spread across, with the amount and the percentage; records without a category are totalled separately. The account breakdown gives each account's total in and out. You see where the money went, line by line.
Pending receivables and debts
Income not yet collected and expenses not yet paid gather on their own card. At the end of the month you see at a glance how much money you are waiting for and how much you have to pay. A cash plan is no longer guesswork.
Project profit
You attach a record to a project, and the project's income and expense section shows total income, total expenses and net profit cards. Because only realised transactions enter those cards, you see the job's profit as a real number. Which job earned what is not left open to debate.
The link to a sale
Records whose source is a sale appear in the list together with that source. You do not ask anyone where an amount came from; you jump from the row to the sale. The source of an amount is always clear.
More than one currency
Your accounts can be in different currencies. Every record is converted into your workspace's main currency as it is entered, and because the summary cards come out in one currency the totals never get muddled. Totals are read in a single currency.
Exporting
You download the records from the Reports page as Excel or CSV. The file's headers and values come in your own language, so you do not put the statement for your accountant together by hand. The file you send your accountant comes out ready.
Columns and sorting
You decide which columns appear and in what order. You sort by date, amount or due date, and the date column stays in place when you scroll sideways. The list fits the way you look at things.
Salary privacy
Your team does not need to see salaries. A user without payroll permission never sees salary, bonus and advance rows in the list; in the report they see only a single total row, with nobody's figure visible. Payroll information stays in bookkeeping without opening to the team.
Permissions
Seeing and editing income and expense records are granted to roles one by one. Your whole team does not need to see the turnover; you choose who can enter records and who only reads. Turnover is not opened to anyone who does not need it.
Advances and offsetting
Do not lose track of an advance you gave an employee. You record the advance; when you mark that month's salary as paid, the advance comes off the net on its own and never comes off twice. The advance coming off the salary is on record.
Bulk actions and undo
Do not open piled-up records one by one. You tick several records and mark them all collected, or delete them; anything deleted by mistake comes back from the bin. You close piled-up records in one move.
Your Workinno invoices
You see the subscription invoices issued to your workspace on a separate page and download them as PDFs. They do not mix into the same list as your own income and expense records. Your own bookkeeping does not get tangled with your subscription.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between income and a receivable?
If the money has arrived it is income; if it has not, it is a receivable. Once you collect it, it counts as realised and enters your account balance.
How do I mark a receivable I have collected?
You choose collect from the row's actions; on expenses the same action is pay.
How do I see records past their due date?
Through the overdue chip on the search bar. Overdue receivables and payments are filtered separately.
Do I have to enter fixed costs such as rent every month?
No. You turn on repetition on the record and pick its frequency and end; the following records appear on their own.
What does the account balance show?
Only realised records. Pending receivables and debts do not enter the balance; they gather on their own card.
Can I work in more than one currency?
Yes. Accounts can be in different currencies; the summary cards come out in your main currency.
How do I send payment details to a customer?
From the receivable's row you choose email, SMS or WhatsApp. The link to the payment page is added to the message.
Can I export the records?
Yes, from the export menu on the command bar.
See where the money is today.
