Talk to your visitors
from your own site.
You put a single button on your site; the panel that opens lists WhatsApp, Instagram, live chat and your form. When, on which page and in which language it shows is up to you.
Chat Widget features
From choosing channels to putting it on the site, from when it opens to the numbers — all inside Workinno.
One button, many channels
The visitor presses the button in the corner of your site and the panel lists the channels. They pick whichever they like from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, live chat and a form. The visitor writes to you from wherever they feel at home.
Channel order
You decide which channel sits on top by dragging it. A channel whose setup is unfinished never shows in the live widget, so the visitor never taps a button that does not work. Only the channels that really work stay on screen.
The look of your site
You give your brand colour, your logo and the panel heading. You also choose the shape of the button and whether the panel is light or dark; the system option follows the visitor's own preference. The panel looks like part of your site.
A live preview while you set it up
The moment you change a setting you see the widget as it will be, right next to you. To try a colour, a shape, a heading or the channel order you do not have to publish to the site. A choice you did not like never reaches a visitor.
Where it sits on screen
You choose whether the button sits bottom right or bottom left. You give a separate position for phones, because middle placements get cramped on a small screen. On a phone the button does not sit on top of the content.
When it opens
Should the panel open only on a tap, as the page loads, or a few seconds later? You can also have it open when the visitor scrolls down a certain way or looks about to leave the tab. You set the moment it opens.
On which pages
You show the widget only on the pages you want. You write an address pattern, can use a wildcard, or leave a whole section out entirely. The visitor's button appears only on your public pages.
What shows when you are closed
If you choose to follow your working hours, the panel hides outside them and the visitor sees a short note. Nobody waits on a chat that will get no answer. The hours you are closed are plain to the visitor.
Details before the chat
Before live chat starts you ask the visitor for their name, email and subject. You show the privacy notice and have the consent box ticked too. The agent starts the conversation knowing who they are talking to.
The assistant first, then you
A visitor arriving in live chat is met by the assistant. When the subject reaches your team the visitor is told and the conversation is handed to an agent. Because the first contact is answered at once, the visitor stays on the site.
The visitor's language
The panel opens in the visitor's browser language or is pinned to a single one. If you like you can put a language menu in the panel and write the texts language by language yourself. You greet a foreign visitor in their own language.
Putting it on the site
You paste the given code at the foot of your page and the widget goes live that moment. When you change the settings later you do not have to paste the code again. Changing a setting does not mean touching the site again.
Where it is allowed to run
You make sure the widget opens only on your own domains. Another site that copies the code cannot run it. Because the allow list is checked at the gate, the widget cannot be used without permission.
The signature under the panel
You can switch off the Workinno signature under the panel. With it off, the visitor sees only your brand on your site. The chat box tells whose site it is, not whose product.
What happens after a visitor closes it
When a visitor closes the panel, you decide when it opens again: forgotten when the tab closes, remembered for a week, or never remembered. That way the same visitor is not bothered again on every page. The same person is not disturbed again on every page.
How many saw it, how many wrote
You see how many times the widget was shown in the last thirty days, how many times it was tapped and how often each channel was picked. The number of dismissals is in the list too. You see in numbers which channel is earning its keep.
Defaults for new widgets
When you set up more than one widget you do not configure each from scratch. In the workspace settings you give the default for brand colour, on-screen position and dismissal behaviour once; a new widget opens with those values. You do not enter the same settings every time.
Draft, live, paused
You prepare the widget as a draft and put it live when you are ready. When a campaign ends you pause it without touching the site. When the campaign is over you stop the widget in one click.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any coding knowledge for my site?
No. Pasting the one-line code at the foot of your page is enough. You change the settings later from inside Workinno and never touch the site again.
How does the visitor choose which channel to write from?
When they press the button, the panel lists the channels you turned on. They tap the one they know; WhatsApp opens with a ready message, live chat lets them write without leaving the site.
Does the widget have to show on every page?
No. By writing an address pattern you show it only on the pages you want; you can also leave a whole section out.
What happens outside working hours?
If you choose to follow working hours, the panel hides and the visitor is told you are closed. They leave their message and it is in your inbox in the morning.
What does a foreign visitor see?
The panel opens in the visitor's browser language. You can pin it to one language, or put a language menu in the panel and leave the choice to them.
Will it work on another site that copies my code?
It will not. You list your allowed domains and the widget opens only at those addresses.
Is there a detailed conversion report?
For now there are four numbers: views, clicks, the channel split and dismissals. Daily charts and conversion reports are not there yet.
How many widgets can I create?
Your plan decides. You can set up separate widgets for different sites or campaign pages and give each one its own channels and rules.
Do not let a visitor leave your site in silence.
Pick your channels, paste the code on your site. Every message that comes in gathers in one inbox.
