Keep your products and stock
in one place.
You define options like colour and size once and the variants are generated for you. Every variant gets its own price and stock; recording a sale lowers the stock, accepting a quote turns it into one.
What the Products module does
From the product record to variants, from bundles to stock, from sales to quotes and out to your website — your whole catalogue lives inside Workinno.
Write a title and the product exists
A title is the only required field for a new product. Price, photo, options and stock build up later on the product's own page. Filling the catalogue does not have to finish in one sitting.
Three kinds of product
You set up a simple product with one price, a product with variants for options like colour and size, or a bundle holding other products. The kind can be changed later. Everything you sell lives in the same catalogue.
Draft and published are separate
A product stays a draft until you publish it. Nothing is required in order to publish; you decide when it is ready to be seen. A half-finished product is never shown to a customer.
Categories inside categories
You open subcategories under a category and drag them into order. Category names can be written in fourteen languages and one product can sit in several categories. Order holds as the catalogue grows.
Deleting a category does not lose products
When you delete a category you decide where its products go. In a category that has a parent you move them up or leave them uncategorised; in a top-level category they are left uncategorised, and subcategories are kept either way. Rearranging categories never costs you a product.
Options with colour and photo swatches
Option values can be a plain list, a colour swatch or a small image. Your customer sees the colour itself, not the word “anthracite”. The right variant is chosen by looking at it.
Enter many values at once
You type the values into one box separated by commas and each is added on its own. Thirty sizes do not mean filling in thirty forms. Setup is measured in minutes.
A shared pool of options
You make an option shared across the whole catalogue or keep it to a single product. An option that started out product-specific can be moved into the shared pool later. The same colour list is not retyped for every product.
Workinno generates the variants
Every combination of the options you picked is created with one button. Three colours and three sizes mean nine variants, and you open none of them. The workload does not multiply as the catalogue grows.
A variant inherits what you leave blank
Every field you do not fill in on a variant comes from the main product. You write only what differs: if the large size costs more, you enter only that price. You only record what really changes.
One touch for every variant
Price, sale price, stock or on-and-off status can be applied to all the variants you selected at once. You do not open thirty variants one by one. A seasonal discount goes in with a single move.
A stock code is used once
The same stock code cannot go on two products, and variant codes are unique among themselves as well. The chance of shipping the wrong item is closed off from the start. The warehouse and the catalogue speak the same language.
Regular price and sale price
You keep both, and the sale price cannot rise above the regular one. Products on sale are filtered out of the list with one click. A discount is really a discount.
Different currencies in one sale
You put a product you bought in dollars into a sale written in another currency. You choose the currency of the document, a product in a different one is converted at that day's rate, and the rate you used is written into the record. Months later the sale still reads with the figures of the day it was written.
A gallery of photos
You add up to twenty photos to a product, drag them into order and make one of them the cover. Alt text and a title are written separately for each photo. The product looks here the way it looks on your site.
The product's documents beside it
The manual, the technical drawing and the warranty document sit on the product's own card. Moving a picture into or out of the gallery is a one-line job. When a customer asks for the manual, no search party starts.
Downloadable products
If you sell digital products you attach the file to the product and write how many times it may be downloaded and how many days access lasts. When the time is up the link closes by itself. Digital goods sell out of the same catalogue.
Bundles
You write how many of which product go into the bundle. A product cannot be put inside its own bundle and a bundle cannot hold another bundle. You build a promotion bundle in minutes.
The bundle's advantage is visible
The total of the contents sits next to the bundle price and the discount between them is worked out. Both you and your customer see why the bundle is worth buying. Explaining the saving gets easier.
Stock tracking is optional
If you sell services you leave stock tracking off. Turn it on and the quantity becomes required and the out-of-stock state is handled for you. A team selling services never deals with a stock field.
Selling lowers the stock
The moment you record the sale, the stock of the variant you sold goes down. Delete the sale or change the line and the stock is put back exactly. No gap opens between the warehouse count and the record.
A quote does not lower stock
A quote is not yet a sale, so it leaves the stock alone. The drop happens the moment you turn the quote into a sale. Stock only moves on a real sale.
Selling a bundle lowers its contents
A bundle keeps no stock of its own; when it sells, each product inside it drops by however many it contains. A bundle inside a bundle is opened up and counted too. Bundle sales show the true stock.
Sales with many lines
You put as many products and variants into a sale as you like and can change the unit price for that sale. Line totals and the grand total come out on their own. Nothing is added up by hand.
Quotes run on their own track
A quote is tracked as draft, sent, accepted and rejected. You turn an accepted one into a sale with a single button and the two records stay linked. Where each quote stands is never in doubt.
Past sales do not break
The variant name at the moment of the sale is written into the line. Even if you rename the product or delete the variant, the old sale keeps telling you what you sold. Past figures always read correctly.
Sales reach your books
If you choose an account on the sale, the income entry is created for you. Edit the sale later and the income entry is updated with it. The same sale is never recorded twice.
Uncollected sales stay on the list
If the money has not arrived you write a due date and choose which channel the reminder goes out on. Nothing owed is forgotten. Chasing payment does not depend on anyone's memory.
Which customer bought what
The product card shows the customers who bought it, how many times, the total amount and the date of the last transaction. You click a customer and go into the detail. What to offer whom is read off the history.
Mark an interested customer
When there is no sale yet but a customer is interested, you draw the link yourself: interested, recommended, or a description you write. Remembering an interested customer no longer needs a note. The opportunity stays recorded on the product it belongs to.
Work attached to a product
Photo shoots, restocking and price updates are attached to the product. From the product's page you see which job is waiting. Catalogue work does not get lost in a separate list.
Search that finds it
The product name, the short description, the long description and the stock code are searched together. Even if only one word stuck in your mind, you will find it. In a large catalogue you reach what you want in seconds.
Seventeen separate filters
You cut the slice of the catalogue you want in a few clicks. Kind, status, category, label, stock state, price and stock range, weight, tax rate, who created the product and who edited it last, and a date range all work together. You save the slice you built instead of rebuilding it tomorrow.
Lists that come ready
Published, drafts, on sale and out of stock are waiting without any setup. One click takes you to that list. You start working on day one without configuring anything.
Fix it from the list
The stock code and the short description can be corrected in the list without opening the product's page. Fixing twenty products is not opening twenty pages. Bulk maintenance is short work.
Labels shared with the team
Product labels use the same pool as your tasks, so the same label means the same thing in both places. Hundreds of products can be labelled in one go. Your classification does not fall apart between modules.
A feed to your website
Published products are sent to the WordPress site you built with Workinno every fifteen minutes: title, description, price, sale price, stock and stock code. The same product is never entered in two places. The price on the site stays the price in your catalogue.
Automation on product events
Your rules run by themselves when a product is added, published, when its stock or price changes, or when a quote is accepted. What happens on which event is up to the rule you built. When stock runs low, you hear about it first.
Selling is a separate permission
A sales rep can open sales and quotes without editing the product record. Deleting products in bulk and deleting them for good are additionally marked risky. The sales team works without changing the catalogue.
A deleted product comes back
A deleted product goes to the bin and can be restored from there. Deleting for good is a separate permission and warns you as well. Deleting the wrong thing is not a permanent loss.
Product cards on your dashboard
Recently added products, those running low and the ones you want to highlight arrive on your dashboard as cards. Open the dashboard in the morning and the state of the catalogue is right there. You see where the catalogue stands every morning.
Inno knows the catalogue
You can ask your AI assistant about a product: what it costs, whether it is in stock, which category it sits in. You do not have to go to the list and search. With a customer on the phone you find the answer by typing.
Who changed what
Price changes, stock changes, publishing, variant and bundle edits are all written down. You do not have to guess why the price is different. A price argument ends by looking at the record.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to enter options like colour and size one by one?
No. You define the options and their values once and Workinno generates the variants. Three colours and three sizes become nine variants at the press of one button.
Can each variant have its own price?
It can. Any field you leave empty on a variant comes from the main product, so you only fill in what differs. Price, stock and photo can all be changed per variant.
Does the stock drop by itself when I sell?
Yes. Recording a sale lowers the stock of the variant you sold, and deleting the sale puts it back. A quote does not touch the stock, because a quote is not yet a sale.
Can I sell bundles?
Yes. You write how many of which products go into the bundle. When the bundle sells, it is the stock of the products inside it that drops, not the bundle itself.
Can I send a quote and turn it into a sale later?
Yes. A quote is tracked as draft, sent, accepted and rejected; you turn an accepted quote into a sale with one button and the two records stay linked.
Do sales reach my books?
If you choose an account on the sale, the income entry is created for you. You mark it collected, or set a due date and a reminder channel if the money has not arrived yet.
Are my products sent to my website?
Published products are sent to the WordPress site you built with Workinno every fifteen minutes: title, description, price, sale price, stock and SKU. The feed runs one way.
Who can edit a product and who can sell?
The two permissions are separate. A sales rep can open sales and quotes without editing the product record; deleting products in bulk is additionally marked risky.
